This is a weekly list of Foreclosure Filings for cities in the Denver area. These numbers represent homeowners that have had a Notice of Election and Demand (NED) filed on their home. The highest amount Notice of Election and Demand notices were filed last week in Aurora at 87. At the 2nd spot was Denver at 47 and 24 NEDs were filed in Littleton and Lakewood. The week prior Aurora had 82 NEDs filed, Denver – 79 and Centennial was #3 at 21 NEDs filed…
